Yes, for the most accurate results.
Come in after 10 to 12 hours of fasting, so water only, no food, tea, or coffee. Morning draws are easiest for this. When you book, we send you the exact prep steps, and if any marker needs special timing, we tell you in advance.
It is a quick, routine draw, nothing to dread.
A trained phlebotomist takes a small sample from your arm, the same as any standard blood test, and it is over in a couple of minutes. Most people feel a brief pinch and nothing more. You can eat and carry on with your day right after.
Yes. If you have recent bloodwork, upload it and we will read it and build a plan from it.
The one catch is completeness. We can only work with the markers your report includes, so the plan is only as full as the test behind it. Our 103-panel is built to give the whole picture, but we are happy to start with what you already have.
Every six months, with the full 103-marker panel.
You retest the whole picture each time, so every marker is compared like for like against last time and nothing slips through.
More testing is not always better. Test too often and you chase normal fluctuation instead of a true trend, test too rarely and you miss a change you could have acted on. Six months is the balance that keeps your plan honest and useful.
